AI services and custom builds
One task or a whole system
We build AI agents for the work your team repeats. Start with one task, or have us design, build and run a complete system. Our team checks the results either way.

Our services
Some work already has a service
Books and close, title reports and contract review run today. Agents do the routine steps and a qualified person checks every result. Custom AI work does the same for a process of your own.

What we can build for you
Most builds fall into six kinds of work, and a complete solution often mixes several. Each one takes a job off someone’s desk.
Reading documents
Invoices, forms, statements and contracts read for you, and the details typed into your system. Anything unclear goes to a person.
For example: supplier invoices that arrive by email, entered in Business Central with the PDF attached.
Agents in your systems
Agents that work in the systems you already use. They look a record up, update it, file it or send it, the same way every time.
For example: a new order checked against the customer’s credit limit and stock, then booked in Dynamics 365.
Workflows and approvals
Work that passes between people, inboxes and spreadsheets, run on a schedule. Approvals stay where you want them.
For example: purchase requests sent to the right approver, and chased after 2 days without an answer.
Answers from your own documents
Ask a question in plain words and get the answer from your policies, manuals and past work, with a link to where it came from.
For example: your support team asks about the return window for custom orders and gets the line from the policy.
Connections between systems
Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and your other business systems kept in step, so nobody copies data from one to another.
For example: signed quotes saved in SharePoint, turned into sales orders in Dynamics 365.
Reports and summaries
Numbers pulled from your systems, put together and explained in plain words, on the day you need them.
For example: a Monday note for the sales lead with orders in, quotes still open and the customers who went quiet.
Complete solutions
Or have us build the whole system
When the work is bigger than one process, we take it from the first conversation to a system that runs every day. Each step has its price agreed before it starts, and you can stop after any step.
-
Step 1 Discover
Find the work worth building
We talk to the people who do the work, look at real examples and see where the hours go.
You get A one-page plan: what to build first, what it should hand back, and a price for the design. -
Step 2 Design
Agree how it will work
We write down the flow step by step: what agents do, where a person checks, which systems it touches and what happens when something is unclear.
You get A written design you sign off before we build, and a price for the build. -
Step 3 Build
Build it and test it on real work
We build in short rounds and test each part on your own documents and cases, the easy ones and the messy ones.
You get A working demo at the end of each round, on your own data. -
Step 4 Integrate
Connect it to your systems
We connect it to Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and the other systems the work touches, with access limited to what each step needs.
You get A list of every connection, and who can see what. -
Step 5 Launch
Run side by side, then go live
Agents and your team do the same work for 2 weeks, so you can compare the results. Then we switch over on a date you agree.
You get A report on the side-by-side run, and a go-live date in writing. -
Step 6 Run and improve
We run it and keep it working
Our team checks the results, fixes what breaks and changes the agents when your process changes.
You get A short report every week, and one person to call.
For a single process, the shorter path is enough. See how we work
Case studies
Two complete builds on Dynamics 365
How a complete build looks in practice: what the agents do, where people decide, and how it fits the system the team already uses.
Case study · Approvals
An approvals app for Dynamics 365
Purchase orders and sales order margins sent for approval. Agents check each document, people make the decision, and the decision is written back to Dynamics 365.

Case study · Warehouse
A warehouse app for Dynamics 365
On scanners and phones: receiving from a photo of the delivery note, picking for production, counts planned by risk, shelf-life checks at pick and ship, and questions asked in plain words.

Both apps run on the Dynamics 365 workflows the company already uses and write each decision back to it. We also set up, move and run Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.

Questions
Before you start
Do we have to start with a complete build?
No. Most companies start with one process. Once it runs well, you can add more, or ask us to plan the whole system.
Which systems can you work with?
Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 most often, and the other systems your work touches, as long as we can get access. We confirm each one in the design step. If you need the Microsoft system itself set up or moved, see our Microsoft work.
What if an agent gets something wrong?
A person checks every result before you see it. If we get something wrong, we fix it and tell you what changed.
How do you charge for a complete build?
Each step has its price agreed before it starts: a fixed fee for discovery, a price for the build once you sign off the design, then a monthly fee to run it.
Where is our data kept?
In the US for US clients and in your region for everyone else. Only the people on your account can see it.
