Privacy notice

Who we are

Loopmore Pvt Limited (“Loopmore”, “we”, “us”) is a private limited company registered in India. Our registered office is at 2nd Floor, Unit 203, No 148, Embassy Square, Infantry Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India. We run AI-run services (Books and close, Title reports, Contract review and Custom AI work, including custom AI development and complete solutions) and set up and support Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 for businesses.

This notice explains what personal data we collect through loopmore.ai (the “website”), why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made under them. This notice forms part of our Terms of use.

What this notice covers

This notice covers the website and the messages you send us through it. When we do work for a client, the data we handle for that client is covered by our separate written agreement with that client, not by this notice.

What we collect

You can read the website without telling us who you are. We collect personal data in two ways:

• When you fill in the contact form. We collect your name, work email, company, phone number (if you give it), the topics you pick and what you write about the work. Please do not send passwords, bank details or other sensitive information through the form.
• When you email or call us. We keep what you send us and our replies, so we can follow up.
• When your browser loads the website. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical data with each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time. This is used to deliver the pages and keep the website secure.

How we use it

We use your personal data only to:

• reply to your message and talk with you about the work you asked about;
• prepare a proposal or agreement if you ask for one;
• run the website, keep it secure and protect it against spam, fraud and misuse;
• meet our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of use.

We process the data you send through the contact form on the basis of your consent, which you give when you send it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@loopmore.ai. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

• Vercel, which hosts the website;
• Resend, our email delivery provider, which carries each contact form message to our inbox;
• our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, when they need it to advise us;
• courts, regulators, government or law enforcement authorities, when the law requires it or when we need to protect our rights or property, or the safety of others.

Our service providers may use your data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies and tracking

The website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it does not set cookies of its own. It does not store anything in your browser beyond what is needed for the pages to work. If we add analytics or other cookies later, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this notice, or for longer if the law requires us to. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable security practices and procedures that suit the data we hold and the nature of our work, as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of data you send us.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• stop using it, by withdrawing your consent;
• deal with a complaint about how we handle it.

You can also nominate another person to use these rights for you if you die or are unable to act. To use any of these rights, email hello@loopmore.ai. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act. If you are not satisfied with how we deal with a complaint, you can contact the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are outside India

Loopmore is based in India and works with clients in other countries, including the United States. Our service providers may store and process your data outside India, including in the United States. When you send us your data, it will be handled in India and in those countries as this notice describes.

Wherever you are, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by emailing hello@loopmore.ai. We will answer as the law that applies to you requires.

Children

The website is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has sent us personal data, email hello@loopmore.ai and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Please check it now and then.
